Is there a payment plan option?
Yes, we offer both VetPay, GapOnly and Zip for our clients who have pet insurance with participating companies.

Do I need to prebook an appointment?
Yes, we run by appointments only, contact us on 9477 1349 and one of our friendly staff members can make you an appointment.
In the event of a pet emergency?
In the event of an emergency with your pet:
- During normal business hours we will accept walk in emergency cases. If you can call us to let us know you are on your way to the hospital that is preferable.
- Out of hours emergency

Boarding FAQ’s
As we are predominantly a Veterinary Hospital we do not offer long term boarding (more than 2 weeks at a time). We do not recommend boarding young animals as we feel this will affect their socialisation phase of life.
Is Asquith vet wheelchair accessible?
Yes, our car park and hospital can accommodate wheelchairs.
